Full Service Design
Residential & Commercial | Remodels + New Builds
Single Room(s) — Entire House
Communication: In person meetings, emails, calls/texts
Pricing: $150/hr
New builds and remodels can be complex with a lot of moving parts, so we bill hourly for our design time and separately for any furnishing or material orders. A retainer will be due on commencing the project. We have contractors we recommend, but hiring and paying the contractor will be completely separate and managed by the client. Full Service Design Process

Preliminary Consultation to establish project scope, budget, expectations, and timeline. At this point we decide if we are a good fit and able to move forward.
Measurement meeting and project walk-through at project location (Gather measurements and review client welcome pack material)
Design Discovery Meeting (Meeting in showroom to review materials, educate on options, talk color & styles, design non-negotiables, etc.)

Design Review 1 (Meeting in showroom to discuss design suggestions/materials and have as many materials decisions made as possible)
Design Review 2 (Meeting in showroom to discuss any changes requested by client and additional progress towards final decisions)
Final Design Review (Client will sign off on all renderings/specs of the project in order to begin work)

Project Execution (Materials are ordered, client hires contractor, a finish book with all renderings, material call outs, electrical and plumbing specs, and more are provided to the contractor, and plan is established for installation and execution)
Build Observation (We observe that design plan is being followed in execution of construction)
Receiving of Furniture, Lighting & Decor (We will receive all orders at our warehouse)

Interior Walk-Through with Client & Contractor (Final walk-through to create punch list of any areas that need touched up)
Installation, Interior Styling, & Photography (After the contractor gives us the go-ahead, we coordinate to install and style everything and then have it photographed)
Final Project Reveal!
