Store Policies
In Store Pickup — FREE
All products listed on our website are available for in store pickup. After completing your order, we will email you with a link to sign up for in store pickup. When you come to pick up your order, please tell our showroom manager or employee at the front desk and show the order confirmation that you receive by email.
For our larger products, we highly recommend arranging local delivery.
Local Delivery in Las Vegas — Additional Cost
We offer delivery through a local white glove delivery service company with whom we partner. This is a separate, hourly cost paid directly to the white glove delivery service company.
Delivery includes:
–Wrapping product(s) purchased (if not already in the box)
–Delivery to the room or spot desired inside the home (or destination)
–Assembly (if needed) and will take away packing materials

California Delivery — Additional Cost
We do offer delivery to San Diego, Orange County, and the LA Area at an additional cost. Please select that you are interested in local delivery at checkout and we will email you further instructions for arranging and getting a quote for delivery.
Shipping
If you live outside of the Las Vegas area, we ship furniture nationwide through our ecommerce store, Copper & Tweed.
We are unable to ship any products listed from our showroom, but some products could be ordered and shipped (depends on the product). For any questions regarding this, please email rachel@copperandtweed.com.
Order Fulfillment
We accept returns for store credit within 7 days on products that are not bought during a liquidation sale or on closeout clearance.
For products ordered (not bought from the showroom floor/boutique) or bought during a promotional preorder, returns are evaluated on a case by case basis (depending on manufacturer return policies). For accepted returns, there will be a 30% restocking fee plus freight. Original freight is not refunded. If you are contemplating a return, you MUST keep the box at time of delivery and notify The Idea Room within 7 days.
Return Policy
Please contact us within 24 hours to ensure a cancellation and full refund. After 24 hours, a 3% return processing fee will be deducted from the refund on cancelled orders. Email hello@theidearoom.co for any cancellation requests.
